Hi, am new to this forum, in relation to the new pay structure that has just been agreed with Forsa for improved pay and condition for National School Secretaries,
Just wondering what exactly does 22 days Holiday pay mean in this new pay structure.
Is there only an allocation of 22 days annual leave days now or is it 22 days annual leave and then sign on for the remaining days in the Summer?
Also If one works part-time (20 hrs per week) how would this work out?
If anyone could shed some light on this that would be great. Many thanks.
