    There are several cracks in my tires. I am not sure if these are ok; or need to be replaced. Can anyone please comment? Thank you!

    Yes, they are wasted. The perishing in itself is middling but combined with the low thread depth, you're done with them.

    Car must be parked for years or very little drive - manufacture date week 15 in 2016 , but there is still some tread on it. Suggest replace anyway.
