Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Vodafone New Customer Drama

    I placed an order with Vodafone for broadband/tv/phone at the start of the month, and an engineer was due to come out today. I had to ring them up to find out that the engineer isn't coming, and they don't know when they will be coming, because my order "Failed to progress" on their system. What an absolute shambles for a new customer to deal with. Has anyone else ever had this problem and if so, found a resolution?
