Bank Holiday on non-working day

I currently work part time (Monday to THursday). I wanted to check if I might be entitled to an additional day off because of the fact that Friday March 18th is now a one off bank holiday this year (being replaced with 1st Monday in Feb going forward)?

Not sure if this is just down to the discretion of my employer, or if I'm legally entitled to a day off in lieu!
