Travel to Thailand - pre and post flight PCR tests

Anyone heard or seen when this might be relaxed, I get the pre flight one but you have to take another and stay on your hotel for first 24 hours until a negative result comes through. Trying to decide whether to book, can't seem to find anywhere else in the region with less restrictions....anyone know of anywhere?

you also need to book one in a hospital on day 5 also, a lot have been caught by this.
Rumours are that in June, it may be relaxed but just hearsay at this stage.
