Boiler Warranty

    So our gas boiler stopped working sometime today as the heating wont turn on . I checked the boiler and the lights were not ON on the boiler display and I couldn't figure out any visible problem as such which could have caused the boiler to malfunction .

    Boiler was installed two years back and is still under warranty and so my question is if the supplier ( viessmann ) should still be sending someone over to get the boiler examined if I cant get hold of the installer ? or should will I have to arrange another boiler installer myself..

    Reason I ask this is because I haven't been able to get the boiler installer to answer his phone since several months now ( as Boiler was due annual service for this year )
