Cold water tap on my bath is just trickling out when I turn the tap fully, I noticed the overflow pipe is gushing out water constantly from the second floor wall, must be a blockage or air trapped ? Any suggestions would be great

Only on the bath or on all upstairs cold-taps?

Best investigate the tank - sounds like the ball-cock is stuck/broken, or you possibly have another fault.

Just the bath, there is normal pressure on the sink

Then check if you have aerators on the taps - I have them on my bath and sink taps and they do get blocked.

If you have continiously running water in the cold-tank, then that might have shifted any residue from the bottom of the tank down the pipes. But as I said, best check what's going on in the attic, as you seem to have two issues at play.
