HACCP plan examples?

    Hi all,

    I need to prepare HACCP plans for making jams and baked goods ASAP but through new baby tiredness and recent bereavement, my head is totally gone and I can't concentrate enough to sit down and just get it done. I've been looking online for some examples from existing food businesses that I could use to help me but can't find anything relevant.

    Just putting it on here in case anybody with relevant experience/ information might be able to help me out - a long shot, I know but I'd really appreciate some help and guidance with it. Thanks in advance.
