Negotiating hybrid pattern as part of a job offer

    Hi guys


    Just got a job offer and hoping to try and negotiate hybrid (3 days WFH 2 day in office) as part of it. They will only give a vague statement that their hybrid policy is in the works and still being finalised. Any tips for how I might dig my heels in on this and get what I am looking for, or do I just have to take my chances?


    I live in Westmeath and the job is in Dublin so commuting more than 3 days per week max is just undoable for me and I would need to turn it down if they can't give me a firm commitment. Negotiation strategies very welcome!
