Very slow service in opening a new account - still unresolved

    Hi,

    I applied for a Personal Current Account with BOI. Documents were submitted on the 6th December, and on the 16th Feb (over 2.5 months later!) I received a mail letting me know that I should receive a text message with my BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and IBAN (International Bank Account Number). I still have not got that sms, another 3 weeks later.

    What's happening guys? This is extremely slow service, its almost as if you don't want another customer.
