Did he give a remit to a nefarious group of biological experts to create & release a virus that would disturb, distract & weaken the world’s political elite for a couple of years as he drew up a strategy to reclaim the countries lost from the USSR?

The timing is so coincidental, and whilst the world wasn’t really looking he was organising the manoeuvres needed to achieve his goals.

I think Vlad imagined Covid would wipe out the worrrrld to the extent he could take over. His colleagues created Sputnik vaccine pdq (it was already created before virus released) and he gave it to all the people he deemed worthy of survival. The undesirables could wither off from the virus, most conveniently. I’m definitely into something huge here.
