Ukraine donation appeal IT Sligo

    Hi everyone,

    I'm just posting this here for anyone who may want to help out Ukrainians by sending basic foods/supplies. I dropped in a bag of stuff this evening and it was great to see alot of supplies already at the trolley, Please donate anything that you can, thanks. The following was taken from the IT Sligo website:


    IT Sligo with our colleagues in St Angela’s College will gather humanitarian supplies to send to the region in support of those who find themselves displaced from their homes. If you live in the Sligo region and beyond we call upon everyone to donate and drop off the following to IT Sligo (trolley at main reception) by Tuesday, 8th March.

    • Cleaning products: soap, shampoos, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet cleaners, hand and surface disinfectants)
    • Toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, wet wipes for children, sanitary products for women
    • Disposable tableware (plates, cups, forks, spoons)
    • Canned food and food for immediate consumption
    • Dried fruit and nuts
    • Tea, coffee, sugar, salt.
    • Blankets, sheets, towels, sleeping bags (new)
    • Painkillers, dressings, bandages (first aid supplies)
    • Toys for children
    • Pet food
