Dripping shower?

Have a 7 year old, 2 dial concealed shower running off a pump. It is intermittently dripping causing pump to go on for a few seconds every so often. I assume it is a thermostatic shower as it mentions 38 degrees on one dial but it can get very hot.

I am not sure if it is the on/off dial or the temp dial that is causing the drip but I suspect it is the temp dial. A jiggle of either one can stop the drip for a while but it always seems to come back.

A google search says it could be an o ring or a cartridge/valve replacement? Does this sound right?

I took off the dials but can't seem to remove the cartridge (if that is what it is called) to take a photo.

    Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Most likely it's the on / off spindle that needs replacing.

Thanks again Sleeper12. The On/Off one is the top one. Do I just take out the screw and it will pop out?

I would think if you take the screw out the brass dome part will come away. I'd expect the spindle to be behind this. You'll most likely need to spanner or shifter to remove the spindle
