Judge says Dublin streets are dangerous at night, then gives a suspended sentence to the scum that was caught who helped make them unsafe...

    Zero respect to that judge...sickening

Apparently there are gangs of up to 100 youth down at the Sean O'Casey bridge almost every night having a gang war.

Right in the middle of the city, like. Not sure how many yards from Pearse Street garda station

No police, no judiciary and round and round we go...

it takes a very special lack of self awareness to make a comment like that from the bench then suspend the imprisonment .

long past time for the ongoing suitability of judges for their positions to be considered and removal for cause

I love this line "The judge noted that the majority of Comerford's previous convictions were committed when he was a juvenile and that he has had no significant offending since this assault."

I'm 51 and have never had any offending!! (except maybe to the spelling police)

Alright so , you havent included any murders recently, grand lad off you go you cheeky pup.

So five years ago a drunk 17 year old and some friends punched 2 men 3-4 times. No long lasting damage.

Truly shocking and sickening. What was the world coming to five years ago.
