Not DIY but looking for advice. 08 Passat. New calipers, discs and pads on rear.

    NCT Brake

Front NS 4.04 kN. OS 4.13 kN Pass

Rear: NS 0.98 kN OS 1.58 kN. Major Fail

Parking: 1.91 kN. OS 2.48 kN Pass

Failed on rear imbalance. Brought to brake guys they bled and replaced fluid. Said brakes seemed fine. Re NCT within 5 days:

Front: NS 3.6 kN. OS 4.1 Pass

Rear: NS 1.4 kN OS 2.3 Major Fail

Parking: .83 kN. 1.07 Major Fail

Now its failing on imbalance and parking brake effort. Would bleeding the brakes have such an effect on parking brake to drop in half of force. I've asked local mechanic he is scratching his head as he said there is nothing really to balance the brakes in Passats.

    Is it a dodgy caliper?
