Fuel injectors

Just been told 4 fuel injectors gone on Ford focus. Anybody any idea how much this costs to repair?

That will depend on a few points.

Model year, fuel type, particular engine, main dealer or indie, OEM or after market. Etc.

Anything from €1000 to €3000 could be fair.

Price up fuel injectors for your model add labour. Could be done in hour if the old ones come out easy if not could be multiple hours. Arguably 2 to 3.

Presume its a diesel?

Very rare that 4 injectors fail at the same time, so I was told when mine on my i40 went, but that led to engine failure.

Have the high pressure pump inspected, when that's wearing little flakes of metal can get carried to the fuel injectors, all 4 of them, and ruin the internals of the injectors.

The injectors could very well all be gone, but the high pressure pump could be the reason behind it, if you put 4 new injectors in and the high pressure pump is gone, it will just ruin them again

If diesel, be sure there is no any petrol on tank. It can ruin almost instantly all fuel system. Low pressure side is possible to clean and reuse but high pressure side, all goes to junk.
