Toenail removal?

Asking this here as I'm hoping that runners in particular will have some experience on where to get this done.

Have issues with both big toenails and both are now quite deformed and leading to my removing them down to the cuticle in a regular schedule.

This is unsustainable in the long term and ideally the nail bed being killed would solve my issue. If I had access to some 88% phenol it's a job I'd be happy to do myself but alas I have none.

Does anyone know of anyone in Limerick area offering the service?

With all due respect that's a non trivial procedure

Would you get a referral from your GP to a qualified foot specialist?
