getting a biasi boiler serviced

hi, i got a new Biasi Advance-25 combi boiler in 2016, last year when i got it serviced the guy said it needed a new air filter and then quoted 3k for a new boiler. i thought he was having me on, so didn't do anything about it. Then this year when i rang a different company in south Dublin they said they were no longer servicing Biasi boilers, because they can't get parts in Ireland. And the guy recommended NOT getting it serviced if it's working ok, and just leave it until it breaks. Currently it's working fine, but does anyone have any opinions on this - surely it can't be that hard to order parts? i'm annoyed that i paid a lot of money for a boiler that now may need replacing in the near future.

thanks in advance for any replies.
