    Not sure if this is the right forum or not.

    waa in sports direct yesterday trying on runners, they didn’t have my size.

    they are available online, if I was to order online via ‘click and collect ‘ then when they arrive, go to shop and actually try them on there and then, let’s say they didn’t fit…….could I then just go up to the till and get a credit note.


    OR because I bought it online, do I have to follow the online return process?
