Civil Service Head of Division internal promotion competition. Usual competition structure is powerpoint presentation, with title notified weeks previously. Due to Covid, candidates will instead have 90 minutes to draft a paper on a topic related to Leadership & Strategic Management, with title provided 5 minutes before hand. Not feeling confident re. drafting a paper in 90 minutes! Any tips/advice greatly appreciated.
