    Yes there abouts, but if neglected (i.e. not serviced annually) there can be extra time involved in it, which will obviously cost more.

    In the instance of the OP's new boiler; if installed properly and passport filled in and sent to manufacturer, it would cost about what Jimf said. BTW a new boiler might not need a new flexible hose.
