Was told a few years back that the exemption on the LPT for such properties expired in 2020, but

have still not received a bill. Anyone know whether the exemption has been extended or whether i

    will have to pay retrospectively

Apologies if question has been asked before - a link to the earlier answer will be great

Yes it comes into effect this year, paid my own this year for a property bought in 2013.

if you log onto LPT page on myaccount it should show if it’s still exempt or due.
