Self build - kitchen and bathroom budget recommendations

I’m expecting/hoping planning will be granted in the next month and will be building a small house in the midlands. Budget is very tight and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for kitchens and bathrooms? Thanks so much.

I did a house DIY course in the UK before lockdown that covered fitting kitchen units and tiling etc - a lot of people there were intending taking on this work themselves. There are a good few companies around that supply the trade and some offer a design service for kitchens so you can fix a budget and select what you can afford. So that's the design and parts list taken care of. I'm looking at 8K for 3 bathrooms and 12K for the kitchen but that's a PC SUM until I select tiles / units I like / can afford etc. The big blue building at Ballymun off the M50 worth a look but I'll PM you a few options if you're near Dublin you can check out.

bathroom you probably looking around 2.5k-3k each depending on a size kitchen you can get one preassembled for around 4k or even cheaper good looking and hire carpenter to assemble it or do it your self if you know what you doing .
