Perhaps it a bit of a fad, but somewhat topical. Saw 2 episodes last night in about 50 minutes - lots of filler in it and lots of fast forwarding, but there was a good item on the Ioniq 5. Just like any car program, bits will catch your fancy and other bits are drivel and just fast forward past them.

Bit of a change of attitudes towards EVs though.? Wonder if bbc will respond with a similar motoring programme.

The Io,seems like an interesting EV,in that the whole bodywork is made up of PV cells allegedly supplying enough charge from daylight for 15 miles.Not very technical information.

I saw the episode where they tested the VW and Mercedes vans. Both looked very poor, you'd wonder who would buy one?

City delivery drivers. That's all they are good for at the moment.

The last episode was the best. I thought they overdone the Tesla Y do. The Nio was so much classier and nicer both inside and out compared to the Tesla. The Tesla looks like a cheap lump of plastic inside even the steering wheel looks terrible.

The Skoda Superb Viii just goes to show how far Skoda has come. It beat uts VW cousin a BMW and a Peugeot. Personally myself I thought the Peugeot was better than the BMW and the VW. Much more stylish and classier than both of them.
