Gas meter reading

Hey we have a pub and we rent the flat out upstairs… a few month back we changed from oil to gas heating in flat…. we have a gas tank out the back which supplies the flat… but also our outdoor area, but we put a meter on the flat… does anyone know the formula for working out how much gas/ litres the flat would be using ive enclosed a picture of meter…. basically just want to know how much us 1 full unit on gas meter.. conveted to litres of gas
