I got some vouchers as Christmas presents and looking to buy one of these machines.

I run every day (7/8k) and looking to supplement the running.

    Which would you choose?

    Rowing Machine

You use up the same effort in shorter time on a rowing machine then on a spin bike plus you're working more muscles.

    Rowing Machine

Literally every spin bike I’ve used are fûckin beyond uncomfortable…I like the fitness / health benefits of them but nahhhh I’m just much more liking the rower, works more muscles / body parts as said above and you can get them with cushioned seating.. the gym where I’m a member got their seats on theirs changed to comfy cushioned and got backs too…
