    NASRPC have organised a GR1500 skills day, hosted by MNSCI.

    When is it?

    Sat Jan 22nd 2022

    10:00am

    (COVID restrictions permitting!!)

    NOTE: Please present your license and insurance at reception when you arrive - this is required.

    Who is it for?

    Anyone why wishes to improve their competitive performance in GR1500 - Smallbore or Centrefire.

    GR1500 Skills day - 220122 - MNSCI - Registration


    What is it for?

    To have a steered, shared practice.

    This will allow people to practice observing and advise each other on things they can be doing to improve their performance in the 1500 Gallery Rifle Disciplines.

    What will it cost?

    There is no charge for taking part in this skills day

    How much ammo will I need?

    For Score - 120 rounds 

    Practice - ~100 rounds 

    Schedule

    10:00 - 1500, Match 5 -

    shot cold, no sighters, for score -

    half shoot, half observe and make notes -

    flip round and repeat.


    11:30 - review notes - offer advice on each skill

    Dry fire and Live fire free practice to work on advice.

    13:00 - Stop for lunch

    13:30 - 1500, Match 5 -

    shot for score - to show improvement

    14:30 - Permits, how to get em -

    European Firearms Pass,

    Northern Ireland Visitors Pass,

    Great Britain Visitors Pass

    15:00 - review/feedback -
