Laying plastic piping for central heating - queries

Hi folks, I have been doing lots of googling but getting a lot of conflicting info. Also a lot of information coming from UK websites. If someone has time, would be interested in an Irish point of view.

Not doing the work myself but just gathering information for when discussions start with plumbers, so I'm not completely bamboozled. Pipes will be laid in concrete floor and also a suspended floor

( Presuming 15mm plastic piping and aiming for no joins - manifold to radiator & return )

    For piping in concrete:-

    1. Should the piping be fitted within an outer flexible conduit ?
    2. Should this conduit ( or the piping ) then be insulated ?
    3. Would this setup cause the internal pipe to 'rattle' and generate noise, when heating & cooling ?
    4. How deep should the channel be ? Can calculate this by knowing the distance between top of piping/conduit/insulation and floor level

    For piping in suspended floor:-

    1. Should there be some protection against rodents chewing at plastic piping ? ( house in rural location )

    General:-

    1. If plastic piping flexible enough to bend out of the floor and into a radiator valve ?

    Many thanks in advance.
