    Since this is the travel forum, gone where? I imagine many countries will only allow vaccinated people in without some special provision. Hopefully, Ireland will do this.

    Close to zero chance, most countries will require your most recent shot to have been within the last 9 months or so also going on what's happening now

    The last two years have taught us not to expect anything to happen in any particular timescale. I'd agree with L1011 that it's not going anywhere anytime soon, and summer 2022 is soon.

    All depends where you are travelling to, if the place is overwelmed they won't want any new cases arriving.
