So son got PS5 for Christmas his primary PS4 account is accessible as I’d noted the passwords but he took it upon himself a while back to add an account But he doesn’t remember the password (it’s logged into on PS4 and can use it there !) but when he tries to log in again on new console he can’t ! and . …Get this…. he…

So son got PS5 for Christmas
his primary PS4 account is accessible as I’d noted the passwords

at 15 I suppose you rush thru to get what you want when setting it up
obv they ask for the security question date of birth when trying to get new password

any hope for us (this account is where he has all his credits or whatever he means )
