    Hi All,

Just wondering if there is anyone else who have booked a house in Arbourmount, Rockshire Road, Waterford.

We booked a house early this year and have had absolutely no communication with builder/agent on when contracts will be signed or when houses will be ready.

Our Solicitor tried contacting Vendor's Solicitor but he also had no luck.

Moreover, if anyone already living in Phase 1, can they please share on what their experience was dealing with builders? Did ye find any major issues with build quality etc.

Did this get resolved for you yet Uljha? We are dealing with the same agent for a different development and are having similar issues with lack of communication. We haven't booked anything with them yet and are wondering should we avoid.

    Nope, it was never resolved.

We finally got our deposit back last week. We paid deposit in May, 2021 and had no house in Feb 2023. Finally pulled the plug and got out of sale.

They priced us out of market, since prices have increased significantly in last 2 years. But uncertainty was too much for us to deal with now, and had to move on.
