Digibit Transponder Reception

Just installed a Digibit R1 tuner and it's set up nicely except...it does not pull channels from two of the transponders that I have no issue with on my Hauppauge tuner. The transponders are 10847 and 11127. Each tuner uses the SAME transponder list so it's not a typo error. Any thoughts or solutions would be appreciated.
