Has anyone placed an order recently and had it fulfilled quicky, ordered on the 02/12 and was only told yestherday after calling that it was cancelled even

though the online shop says it is in stock.

Ordered a tablet last month and had it within 3 or 4 days no problem. They're usually very good to deal with.

They can take a while to deliver tech goods, accessories like cases and bags and whatnot normally quick enough ime

The Lenovo ecommerce website is actually operated by a separate company (Digital River) in agreement with Lenovo

So it would happen that occasionally there is a sale that cannot be fulfilled by the stock of Lenovo products

Digital River are a large, long-standing ecommerce company

I ordered a laptop on 26th nov and it was delivered on 3rd Dec. There are indications on their shop as to how long before they are processed. The stuff I ordered was all 2-3 Business Days. I got it in 5.

Thanks just dont know weather to risk reordering as it is a christmas present , it was in stock when I ordered it it is still in stock if I check today

if I buy in brick and mortat shop here its about €100 dearer

Ordered at start of December and still no sign. Need it for the Christmas. Rang Customer service and they are useless. Does not argue well.
