With mandatory quarantine being re introduced, does anyone know whether you would have to quarantine on return from Brazil even if you're fully vaccinated and have a negative PCR test within the time frame? Or is it just for Southern African countries at the moment?

No, you won't be required to quarantine. However, the Government are now contact tracing every passenger on flights where Omicron has been detected among a passenger. So if it is a big flight, expect to be contacted. It is 14 day quarantine with PCR tests ASAP and on Day 10.
