No suction when the cover is on but when I take the cover off the suction is grand so just wondering if anyone knows is it ok to take off the brown circular thing 🤔(arrow pointing at it)

cleaned it not a lot of difference, but got the attic re insulated last week and the bathroom is a lot warmer and now its working fine seemingly it works on a sensor and because the bathroom was so cold it didn't work properly.
