Riello RDB Boiler problem

    Our Riello boiier has a problem, anytime it rains it refuses to fire up properly.

    We moved into the house a few months ago and it has become apparent that it is 100 % rain related as anytime it's dry the boiler works without a hitch, but even a prolonged summer shower is enough to get it acting up .

    It will purge, fire up and quench again.

    It does not go in to lockout, just continues the cycle of purging, firing up and quenching again.

    We have been in touch with several plumbers but none have even come to see it yet, all up the walls with work.

    Any help/info appreciated.
