Wanted 10 speed RHS lever and possibly derailleur

I'm looking for either: One RHS 105 5700 (or compatible) ten speed lever. Or, if someone has tiagra 4700 I might take that in which case I also need a 4700 rear derailleur cos apparently it's not compatible with any of the older 10 speed stuff.
