Ryanair change flight

Folks, due to travel on Stephens Day but ropey about all this PCR stuff, obvs can't cancel flight without losing cost, but anyone have an idea the latest point at which I can change to a different flight in the future. Stephen's Day flight cost a fortune so future flight will be cheaper and should cover cost of changing.....

I changed recently and could change right up until the day before the flight which was today, but when I changed about 2 weeks ago it was just cost difference but last week I check and it was cost plus a admin charge of 35 sterling then yesterday it was cost plus 45 sterling admin charge

The free flight change allows 2 free changes for bookings made before the end of September 2021 but the new flight must be before 31st December 2021. If your change is later than this you'll incur the usual flight change fees etc. I can't find their page on it any more as it looks like its been taken down.

For what it's worth I was also a bit anxious about travelling with the new negative test requirement but organised an antigen test in the airport before the flight. From arrival to being tested was about 10 minutes and result was emailed to me 20 minutes later, cost was €24. Might be worth seeing if you can do the same in your departure airport or if there's a place you can book one the day before your flight in the city you're visiting. But otherwise you'll have to incur the flight change fee if you're moving the dates into 2022

thanks folks - booked a PCR for New Year's Eve in Spain, flying back on the 2nd, but we're isolating here at home so we are sure we're covid free before we go and will bring antigen tests with us just to be sure
