Some upstairs rads not heating

    Hi

    Have a problem where multiple radiators upstairs are not heating.

    Two upstairs are heating. The ones that aren't are definitely on, no heat at all reaching the pipes.

    One has some heat in the bottom of the rad.

    Have checked the two valves on each one to make sure they are open.

    Haven't tried to bleed them yet.

    I saw a previous post indicating upstairs rads not heating may be due to an empty loft tank.

    However if some are heating would that be ruled out?
