coming to Dublin from Northern Ireland in a week - requirements?

Apologies if this has been covered, but i can't find it.

I'll be coming to Dublin from Northern Ireland on the 17th. I know Ireland now require officially administered antigen tests if you come from overseas, including the UK, but does that apply to driving down from Antrim?

And do i need to fill in a passenger locator form - again something that seems to apply to "overseas"?

People who regularly cross the border - do you do this all time time, or not at all?

Nothing required officially- do a antigen test if you will be mixing with people a lot whenever your in Ireland

He/she is always in Ireland. Antrim has never been anywhere other than in Ireland. And no, don't do an antigen test nor any other sort of test. I literally cross the so-called "border" multiple times each and every single day. I have never, ever taken a COVID test for any reason whatsoever.

Yeah there is, NI is in the UK and officially you need a negative test to cross the border. In practice however...

Antrim is part of Britain, not even in the EU let alone the same country as Republic you would imagine the would have a border checkpoint at least.

Apologies for jumping in on another thread but I've a funeral in London to attend Monday. Flying from Dublin, dies anyone know issue on outward or return flights regarding a negative antigen test and passenger location forms please.

Depends on how long you are going for but if less than three days you can get a test before you leave Ireland that will be valid for you return. you only need it for the return.
