We have a power shower that doesn't seem to have a water outlet temperature at all as high as what comes out of the bath and washbasin taps, and its all coming from the same tank. Does anyone know is this normal? Thanks.

Spraying is a good way to cool water. If you could take the temperature of the shower on its highest setting and compare it to the hot tap temperature you will know for sure. You may have a faulty mixer valve. ?

Most showers are factory set at a safe temperature. This is to ensure that people don't scald themselves. This wouldn't be the same temperature as your taps. It is usually possible to override the factory settings if you want it hotter
