Wondering where i can find the reset button on my immersion??

There's usually a little pin -that pops up- on that blue part with the numbers on it. Make sure it's powered off before you go poking about.

It’s unclear exactly where it is from your photo bot it’ll be attached to the white cable

use a pen to push it down and you’ll hear a click

make sure power is off.

Could be hiding under the brown wire, it’s pretty small & difficult to see especially if lightning is poor

I have done it before ages ago so i know its somewhere but dont have a clue! There doesnt seem to be anything on the thermostat itself either🙈

There doesn’t appear to be a high limit stat present

perhaps it’s another issue

either mcb, switch,or probe stat.

There is none. In the attached, the hi limit stat is next to the control stat and you reset this, some (like ideal?) have a combined control & hilimit stat, with a reset button on the top. So some other problem as pointed out above.
