In the North at the moment. Do I need a COVID test to return next week?

    I've been staying in Belfast but was planning to return next week.

    This Citizens Information page says from this Friday you have to have a test before arriving in "Ireland". Does travelling from Belfast mean I'm "arriving" in Ireland, or not?

    I've also tried but failed to understand the documents on this gov.ie page.
