    Hi all,

So this could be a "how long is a piece of string" question

We considering buying a 2 floors over basement house. The connecting stairs was completely removed some years ago to make the basement a self contained apartment.

Ballpark any idea what it would be to reinstall a stairs. Breaking in from open space in hall to open space beneath.

    €5k/€10k/€50k?

I understand a site inspection would be necessary but I'm just looking for an idea of costs before we proceed

    Thanks

    RG
