Panel placement- HSE to Department

    Hi all,

    Im currently on a HSE ( interal) panel placed 13th for a Grade 5 position. I have just being offered an EO position in the Dept. Of Education as the grading are different its more like a grade 4.5 ( financially) compared to HSE grades.

    My dilemma is my placing in the panel.. i think & hope my place might be reached in the next year or so but obviously its not a given!

    Does anyone know if you are on an interal HSE panel do you have to be working in the HSE when you are offered the role or can you be working in the civil service 🤔
