    Does €3k for selling only seem a bit OTT for Conveyancing for selling only? There’s no mortgage in the house either

    I sold in 2019, sol fee = 1200 + VAT + zero outlays = 1476 in total.

    I had cleared the mortgage six months earlier.

    I would've thought 3K was in the 'ballpark'........generally 1.5% of the sale price
