Hi All, I hope this is the right forum. Feel free to move. A friend of mine is considering bidding on a house. The back garden is on a steep slope. The Agent said he should look into having some sort of piers/supports added to the rear of the house patio area. Or would a retaining wall be needed. Any rough idea to costs…

Hi All,

Any rough idea to costs before he contacts his Engineer/Builders?
