    Folks ,

Have any of you had the need to return a Pulsar NV product for repair?

My shooting buddy is waiting 2.5 months for his Thermion scope to be fixed under warranty.

The seller (Irish) advised it could be slow , but its getting ridiculous.

Appreciate any views from your own experience?

    Thanks

    Tracker.

Was it returned to Thomas jacks in the UK or to pulsar themselves

Via Thomas Jack's , but 12 weeks is still extremely long wouldn't you agree?

Could take a couple of weeks to get back to the manufacturer. Sits there for a month, gets repaired and then may sit again till they are sending stock out again. I sent a scope to Sightron for a ret change via Optics Warehouse in the UK, think it was 15 weeks before I had it back in my hand. Sightron didn't ship it back specially so it was sitting there for a good while. Optics Warehouse were very good in terms of communication btw. So anyway what I'm saying is 12-16 weeks doesn't surprise me.

First they came for the socialists...

Well pulsar based in Belarus. No flights or rail running into Belarus because of sanctions. So it would have to go by road. Would explain some of it.

    Thanks folks

I'm hearing the reason but it's still extremely frustrating to be grounded for up to 3 months waiting on a warranty repair.

As it happens his Zeiss scope malfunctioned but that was repaired and returned in 3 weeks...
