Electric Heater Comparison

My wife has a little 2000w fan heater in her rented work space and this time of year she will have it on for the full 8 hour work day and really its not enough to keep her warm.

I've been looking at alternatives and I slightly confused, how is a €20 2000w fan heater any different to a €200 2000w wall mounted panel heater, shouldn't they both provide the same amount of heat to the room?

The room is 5mx10m and it is insulated but no heat source, she is only going to be there for a few months so something we can easily install and take out at the end is ideal. Any suggestions would be welcomed

You are correct. Both give same output.

Only difference might be the amount of temperature and timing control that the more expensive one would have.
