Having a cold the week after finishing isolation for covid

Hi everybody. I tested positive for covid 15 days ago. I am out of isolation since last Wednesday. For 4 days after isolation I felt really good and back to full health. I am back working but I seem to have picked up the common cold. I am tired and have a sore throat stuffed nose etc. Do I just treat this like I would for a cold any other year and plough on or should I be a little more careful as i have just had covid?
